Hello, I have this error message when trying to create application. I have click on the link for verify my email address from the mail.

Hi,
We recently introduced the requirements to add a credit card for verification of users of the free service as well. We've had to take certain measures such as this to prevent abuse of the free tier and services/add-ons available on the platform.
We may refine this in the future, but for now you'll have add a credit card to use the service. As usual you'll of course only be charged if you subscribe to paid services.
