<p>I can see that there were indeed some issues uploading this certificate, but I don't have the certificate file to debug the exact error further. A few questions that might help narrow this down:</p>
<ul>
<li>Are you exporting the certificate using IIS? If so, can you try exporting the certificate as described <a href="https://www.digicert.com/ssl-support/pfx-import-export-iis-7.htm">in this article</a> (e.g. to include the private key)?</li>
<li>Who have issued this certificate?</li>
</ul>
<p>By the way, it might be helpful to try and convert the pfx file to the pem keypair format prior to uploading it to AppHarbor. That's a less error prone process, and might reveal issues with the pfx file locally if any. Take a <a href="https://www.geotrust.eu/en/support/manuals/microsoft/all+windows+servers/export+private+key+or+certificate/">look at the last three steps in this article</a> for the commands to use if you have openssl available!</p>
