403 on my site

Hello,

I pushed my site to appharbor and deployed it here : http://balanced.apphb.com/
but when I want to visit the site I see a 403 errror.

What is wrong here ?

   Hi Roelof,

   I took a look, but the most recently deployed build just included the source code with no solution file (which is currently required for AppHarbor to build it). That's likely why the issue crops up as the app hasn't been published in a way that's compatible with IIS/AppHarbor.

   I noticed that you created another app with a working build. Did you figure out the issue in the meantime?

   Nope, I did not figure it out.
   The second build is a build with the deployed files but there I do not see any output
   
   I have made a pull with the solution file but that one I cannot deploy. I only see a choice that I can download the code.
