Hi,
There could be a bunch of reasons for this, and I'm not sure what the problem is. What application are you referring to, and can you perhaps describe the problem in more detail (e.g. does it seem to be related to the build, deployment, DNS/your custom hostname, or perhaps exceptions you didn't expect? I'd be happy to take a look at this but need a bit more information.
Best,
Rune

I bought a catamaran package and then bought a domain. I have published code too but when I go to the website it is saying that "The domain name doesn't exist"
I have to deploy the site in next 2 hrs please help me.

Hi,
Ok can you please let me know the name of the application, and/or the custom hostname you're using?
It sounds like you just need to set up your DNS configuration using the description on the Hostname page for your app. You might want to try and access the site using the AppHarbor-provided URL ({e.g. yourapp.apphb.com}) also found on that page to verify that the app you've deployed to AppHarbor is working as intended..
Best,
Rune

Also considering the other discussion you opened I just want to set reasonable expectations: This might very well take longer than 2 hours depending on the nature of the issue. It sounds like this concerns a newly created app, but I still don't know what app you're having trouble with as your current username and email is not associated with an AppHarbor account.
Also, if it's a configuration issue related to DNS, as I suspect based on your description of the issue so far, the time it'll take you to point traffic to your app on AppHarbor (or anywhere else) will depend entirely on the current configuration since DNS configuration updates can take a while to propagate.
Best.
