On the pricing page you have listed something called background jobs. It seems interesting, but i cant find anywhere to set it up, og figure out how to use it.

I found another support ticket explaining that it isnt implemented yet.
When do you expect it to be implemented?

You can easily create a new application and had your code there, has a Windows Schedule to hit the application url time to time (using curl command line) to run your process while there is no other way.

You can also request AppHarbor folks to run that instance as a micro instance

Yes I was thinking the some of the same. I just dont like the idea of depending on another server to do the job, using Windows scheduled task. Maybe i will go with the amazon solution, and thats why i was wondering when appharbor will implement the background job feature.

    Thanks for your reply.

We're definetely looking at background jobs, although we can't give a firm date. Depending on the type of workload you need to do, you might want to take a look at implementing it in your web application and using MomentApp.
