web api application get error 404

Hi AppHarbor Support,
I have deployed web api application and web application successfully, but the api site return 404 error.
Please help me to check

    Hi,

    I tried accessing both applications and they both responded just fine. Are you still experiencing this issue on your end? If so, how are you accessing the website and can you perhaps let me know the results of pinging the URLs (in particular the IP address returned)?
