Hi,
I took a look and I can see that there have been a few more errors like this than usual from Bitbucket. However it's intermittent and most builds from Bitbucket are being downloaded and processed as usual - I can also see that you were able to create a successful build a few minutes ago, so hopefully the issue has been fixed.
In the meanwhile, if it crops up again and you urgently need to deploy your application, you can always use a different source host like GitHub, the AppHarbor CLI just the built-in git repository.
