Hi Ammar,
So the plan packages actually just cover a single application, but that application can have two different types of projects associated: web workers and background workers. Background workers can be a regular console application or executable while the web workers respond to traffic and just needs to be IIS compatible. So it depends a bit on the project type -- if you want to run two different web application you'd need to run those on two different applications.
Also you can only associate a single instance of the same add-ons to an application (so for instance, 1 shared database server and 1 dedicated). However you may want to consider using a dedicated database server from AWS RDS and integrate that with your AppHarbor apps -- those allow you to run multiple databases on a single server and are quite competitively priced (starting around $15/month for a t2 SQL Server instance).
In any case, feel free to send over more information about the project types and your database/storage needs as that'll likely allow me to provide better advice for your specific use case and requirements!
Best,
Rune

Hi,
It sounds like you'd have to run two applications each with a database associated for that -- you can select the plan that fits each application best. If you're running production apps I'd recommend using the Catamaran plan for higher availability and/or speed.

Hi Ammar,
That depends on the plans you choose :-) Apps start at the free tier so that may be sufficient if you don't need extra workers, more speed or custom hostnames. Otherwise you may want to run paid plans starting at $49/month per appication.
With regards to storage: Assuming that you're referring to the database storage space you'd be able to run shared database servers for $10/month each. However, please note that shared database servers are less available and performance will vary so they should not be used for production purposes. For that I'd recommend a dedicated solution as mentioned earlier.
Best,
Rune
