I was trying to spin of addon / RavenHQ & it kept failing saying "Request Failed" without any further info.

    Hi,

    It's likely that this was/is related to the recent widespread DNS issues that have plagued a bunch of services today/yesterday -- you may still experience intermittent failures though as the attacks appear to continue. You can also follow RavenHQ status page here.
