installing a certificate
I have been following the instructions linked to here for installing a certificate: http://kamranicus.com/blog/posts/53/how-to-install-a-ssl-certificate-into-appharbor/
I got my cert from RapidSSL, but am having some issues:
1) the doc linked to above says I should paste my Intermediate Cert into AppHarbor. I can find no place to do so.
2) I went ahead and created the pfx file in IIS and uploaded it in app harbor. it responded: "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request".
The domain is: spellingbot.net.
Please help.

Well, I tried it again today and it worked. Also, I see that one enters the intermediate cert after the main one.
