Pro-rata billing
If I downgrade say 2 days after switching to a paid plan, will I be billed the whole month or only a pro-rata proportion of the month?

Hi,
The subscription amount for all paid services on AppHarbor is prorated based on the monthly price, so you only pay for the time you use a service -- so if you downgrade after 2 days you'll only pay the subscription price for those two days relative to the monthly price. You can always check the current account statement for the current month here. The current statement will instantly reflect and prorate any subscription changes for the month.
You can actually also view future projected statements based on current subscriptions (which may be helpful if you've made changes during a month where costs are prorated and you want to know what the full monthly price would be) -- for instance, here's the projected May 2016 statement. Note that there are no links to future statements, but you can just change the name of the month in the URL to get those.
Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!
Best,
Rune
