WARNING: Unable to find version xxx of package yyy

Afternoon,

My build has stopped working at the 'Starting NuGet package restore' step. In the log, it states it cannot find the version of my packages eg:

...

Unable to find version '2.3.1' of package 'TweetSharp'.

Unable to find version '7.0.1' of package 'Newtonsoft.Json'.
Unable to find version '105.2.3' of package 'RestSharp'.
Unable to find version '1.3.3' of package 'CsQuery'.
Unable to find version '1.4.1' of package 'Nancy.Testing'.

The breaking change was a simple source-code one, and not to any dependencies.

Having deleted my packages directory locally, and re-built successfully, I am led to believe there is an issue on AppHarbor's side. Any ideas?
