<p>Looks like a assembly reference issue - it likely works locally
if you've installed the assembly in your GAC, but that version is
likely not the one installed on AppHarbor's build servers.</p>
<p>It's generally best to have the application include and use the
specific required assembly and version number rather than relying
on the GAC and it's fairly straightforward to install the package
with NuGet - take <a href="http://stackoverflow.com/a/13175057/324180">a look at this Stack
Overflow discussion and solution</a> for a couple of ideas.</p>
<p>Installing that package is likely sufficient, but you may
<a href="http://stackoverflow.com/a/14222553/324180">also have to
set the <code>Copy Local</code> project property to
