Urls for git not explicit

Hi,

Please make available the 2 URL that were visible in the application page. The one for the repository with the full command and the one for the push, they are very useful.

Why the change?

    We have removed the getting started instructions from the button as we felt you wouldn't need them once you have pushed to your application the first time. We have added the repository URL in the top of the page instead. Is this helpful, or would you prefer the complete instructions?
