Support bin_deployableAssemblies

Hi,

in a WebProjects you can easy Add bin Deployables Assemblies. VS creates a folder "bin_deployableAssemblies" an copies all additinal Assemblies (which are Bin Deployable) which are not directly references but indirectory used.

WebDeploy copies the in the bin folder while Deployment.

So please support it also. Or, simple use Web Deploy, so you can reach also compability with web.config transformation ;)
