Can discussions be re-opened by everyone
Hey, I've noticed DerAlbertCom had some problems getting an MVC3 RC2 application building in this discussion.
I had a similar problem earlier and wanted to give him a link to the public discussion I've had earlier which listed the assemblies needed to get MVC3 RC2 working on AppHarbor.
The problem is, I couldn't re-open the discussion, since that is a privilege reserved for the discussion starter or AppHarbor support staff. Also, I couldn't contact find a way to contact DerAlbertCom directly from his user page.
Would it be possible to allow all users to re-open discussion. I know this could lead to abuse by some, but that's what moderators are for. Also, while we're on the topic, it would be nice if users could contribute knowledge base articles.
P.S. The Formatting help link leads to a page that prompts for a username and password and I don't if it's just me, but the Preview article link just shows a modal dialog box but doesn't actually preview the article.

Hi Mustafa,
really appreciate your interest in contributing to our support. Unfortunately we can't add the ability for other parties to reopen support cases once they're closed and there isn't a moderator role in Tender.
As the discussion is public and you listed all the required MVC3 assemblies needed, there's a good chance other have benefitted from it already though. Discussions are our users way of helping each other out for now (until they're closed, as you pointed out), so I guess this is always a good place for people to start searching for answers.
We would like to host articles in the knowledge base and we've been extracting some tips (though not much) from specific support cases already to it. If you have something you think is missing in the knowledge base feel free to send it to us and we'll review it for the knowledge base.
Regarding the "formatting help" link I havent experienced that issue (using chrome). The Preview article also shows the modal box in my case with the text to preview inside of it.
Best regards,
Rune

Here's a screenshot of what I see when I click the Formatting help link and the page loads: http://i.min.us/idOeGQ.png
As for the Preview link, oddly enough, it seems to preview my text on certain pages but not on others.
Preview works right on a specific discussion's page, like this discussion's page Preview link but it fails to preview on:
http://support.appharbor.com/discussion/new
http://support.appharbor.com/discussions/problems
If preview works for you on those page for you guys then it's most definitely my end (my internet can be kinda choppy).

Hi,
I think it's related to the browser you are using, which may not be compatible with Tender (the support system). I guess Internet Explorer/Chrome would work :-)
Thanks,
Rune
