apparently creating trigger still doesnt work. here is the
trigger code am trying to execute:
CREATE TRIGGER addresses_before_insert
BEFORE INSERT ON addresses FOR EACH ROW SET new.SiteId = user()
and the error message is:
Error Code: 1419
You do not have the SUPER privilege and binary logging is enabled
(you might want to use the less safe
log_bin_trust_function_creators variable)

The trigger privilege should be enough to create triggers, but apparently this issue have been reported a couple of years ago.
Currently, we can't resolve this issue (except granting the super privilege, which will reduce the security of the server).
The only options is to wait and see if a later version of MySQL will resolve the issue, migrate to SQL Server where we do support triggers, or to get a dedicated database server (cost starting at $200).
I'm very sorry about not being able to provide a better solution, but we'll keep looking for something that resolves this issue directly.
