Name Servers?
I'm trying to point on of my domains at the AppHarbor name servers, but my host requires at least two entries. So far I see I need to point to 184.72.232.223. Is there a secondary and/or named server I can use like ns1.appharbor.com or similar?

AppHarbor does not provide DNS. You need to use sign up with a DNS provider (I think there are some free ones around). They'll provide you with nameservers that you can tell your registrar about (this is what you are currently trying to do). You can then tell the DNS provider to point your domain to the AppHarbor loadbalancer IP.
