App ignores web.config custom errors tag

for some reason I'm adding customErrors mode="Off" to my web.config but the change is not reflected and the app keeps hiding the errors? my app is here: mortgagecrunch.apphb.com

    Could I get you to take at look at this issue, there are some potential resolutions.

    Let me know if this doesn't solve your problem.
