Limits of the free instance
Technically it would be intersting to move Kiev ALT.NET ( http://kievalt.net ) home page to AppHarbor. However I cannot find any information regarding free instance, what is included, what is prohibited.

Given your tweet about the number of daily visitors, I would believe you are able to host your site on our free tier, if you don't need more than 20 MB of database.
Naturally, it depends on the code. If your site is doing heavy computations on each request, the free tier may not be enough, but I don't expect this to be the case.
