BuildViews must be set to false to build
Well, I just discovered that builds of mvc apps (tried it on a MVC2 app built with VS2008) will fail if BuildViews has been set to true in the project file. I find it extremely useful while building a site as I'll be able to fix errors before running the app and browsing to the particular view.
I could just set the property to false when pushing to appharbor but I was hoping if it was possible that the change could come from your end so that I wouldn't have to. No biggie if it's too much trouble.

We prefer the safety of building our views too, so I'll find out what we need to modify to make it work and get back to you.
Thanks for reporting this.

AppHarbor now supports MVC projects with MvcBuildViews set to true. Let us know if you encounter any problems getting this to work.
