Web app builds but doesn't deploy

Hi,

I have a ASP.NET Core app (MECressey) that builds correctly but will not deploy. It's trying over and over again:

5/16/22 12:43 PM Deploying build
5/16/22 12:45 PM Deploying build

I have this same app ASP.NET pre-Core application (which I re-wrote using Core) which works fine but I want to replace it.

I looked through the Customer Support but didn't see anything.

    Can anyone please help me? I really don't know how to resolve this issue since the build succeeds.

    Actually I am getting a runtime error when the system tries to run my app.exe: Terminated with exitcode -214746725. That doesn't leave me much to Google.
