Want to create database using edmx context

Hi Rune,

In our application we want to create database using Code-First approach(edmx context ).
we have deployed our API application but it thrown below error.
SqlException: CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'.

it is our url: precis-api.apphb.com

So can you suggest us solution for it.
Is we need to allow role using our code or else?
