Error 500 internal server error.

I try to synchronize my Bitbacket account with AppHarbor, but it always gives me the error 500 internal server error, I have tried it from 3 different computers, in Linux, Windows 10 and Mac, always the same result, it does not give any more data , you can help me?.

I need it to be able to carry out my internships at the university, in the ASP.NET subject, it is urgent
