slow page load - IIS recycles every 20 minutes
I have my first application live and I notice and read that IIS recycles after 20 minutes of inactivity. The first page load after 20 minutes, it can take 30 to 45 seconds to load the page, which can be pretty annoying. After that, everything runs real fast. Is there a solution to that, or does a subscription take care of that. Looking for advice and options.

Hi,
Yes apps on the free Canoe plan will idle out after 20 minutes of inactivity (e.g. no requests). However, our paid plans have a much higher timeout (36 hours) so one option would be to upgrade to for instance the Catamaran plan to keep the app running even when it doesn't see requests for an extended period of time.
