You may want to wait with any answers. I just managed to make bare bone project running.

But I'm getting this error once in a while:

app worker.1 ProcessManager: Started "apphost.exe"
app worker.1 apphost.exe: This executable is not bound to a managed DLL to execute. The binding value is: 'c3ab8ff13720e8ad9047dd39466b3c8974e592c2fa383d4a3960714caef0c4f2'
app worker.1 apphost.exe: A fatal error was encountered. This executable was not bound to load a managed DLL.
app worker.1 apphost.exe:
app worker.1 apphost.exe:
app worker.1 ProcessManager: Process "apphost.exe" was terminated with exit code "-2147450731"
app worker.1 ProcessManager: Restarting 'apphost.exe' in 160 seconds

But main
.exe
process is running OK. So it seems that's some additional
.exe
that is produced.
BamfBamfCompany
