Web API building but receiving 404 when attempting to access

Hi Appharbor support,

I recently switched from an MVC API to a webAPI in a project on Appharbor.
Since the change I'm unable to reach the API even though it appears to be building successfully.
On my machine I'm able to hit the API, but not in Production on Appharbor.

Any thoughts on why this might be?
