Add own SSL certificate to Canoe subscription

Dear support,

To add the pfx cert file the site complains that my address should be validated.
First of all i use the free version of our service, 2nd i cannot figure out were to put a credit card info as an way to pass this control.
Can u give a hand on this? Thanks in advance.
