Are your work projects configured under a GitHub organisation,
or is it a separate accouunt altogether? If it's configured as an
organization and your account is configured as a member of that
organization the work projects should show up (and will be prefixed
by the organization names in the dropdown).

If you're not a member of the organization, or the work projects
are configured using a separate account altogether, the bridge
application won't immediately allow you to access another account.
It's easy to fix though: The bridge simply stores oauth cookies for
GitHub and AppHarbor and uses that for retrieving and configuring
apps and repositories. Simply clearing the cookies for the

githubbridge.apphb.com
domain will allow you to sign
in with the proper accounts.

It might be easiest to use an private/incognito browser though,
or just use a different browser.

We could maybe make this a bit easier for you by adding a sign
out link that clears the cookies on the bridge application. We'll
look into the best approach for handling this scenario, but the
workaround above should allow you to do what you want for the time
being.

Best,
