<p>That's odd - just to make sure, we're talking about the
<code>lema</code> application? It looks like it's correctly
configured. Can you try and add <code>team@appharbor.com</code> to
your New Relic account so we can take a closer look?</p>
<p>When you've configured the license key the way you have it
essentially works the same way as the regular New Relic integration
with an add-on installed - and restarting IIS won't affect that.
This also works for several other application so I'm pretty sure
that's not the issue.</p>
