Add new hostname for application

Hi! I add new name for my app, xxx.com, but what to do next? And I'm not seeing any suggestion in my application dashboard, neither could find some solution on the web.

   Oh I didn't pay attention to it. If now I remove the hostname and then add it again, would be additional 10$ charged? And by the way where I could see all billings of my account?

   IIRC it's not $10 to add a HostName, you are charged $10 a month per hostname, PRORATED based on the length of time you actually have it on the account.

   That's how everything else is charged, so I'd be surprised if this is different (and I remember an AppHarbor person saying so in the pricing blog post)
